Preheat the oven to 375F and prepare your baking trays with either parchment paper or silicone mats.
Cut puff pastry out into squares or rectangles, and place on baking trays.
Lightly score the inside of the puff pastry shapes with the same shape (square or rectangle) about 1/2 an inch all around. This will allow the pastry to puff around the cheese and fruit.
Dollop the pastry with a line of red (strawberry), white (original), and blue (blueberries) and top with coordinating berries.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size, and until golden brown around the edges.
Finish by topping with extra original cottage cheese and serve.
