Instructions
In a high-speed blender, blend everything but the ice until smooth.
This is the time you can add extras like bee pollen, chia seeds, or anything you'd like.
Scrape down, and if smoothie is too thick, add more liquid (milk or water).
Add ice and blend for another minute - serve immediately.
